This was a challenging lot, poor soil, high water table, and trying to fit a septic, pool and large foot print on a tiny infill lot . We designed this house to maximize the view from the front and back yard.. the front yard is across from a marina and has waterfront views, while the backyard will be a landscaped oasis with a pool , covered entertaining porch, and built in BBQ area. The wing off the back is a private 'Master wing' complete with double sliding doors leading to the pool, 5 piece ensuite and large walk in closet.
